Platinum Package

This package includes the following :50 Owner and Junior Design Hours to be used however you choose for the inside or out. 3D renderings of the main living space, kitchen, and master bath. Full cope design planning, room board, 3 choices of each space, as well as onsite furniture shopping. 20 hours are reserved for the week of for furniture install.

Gold Package

This package includes the following :50 Owner Design Hours for the interior scope of work. Full scope design planning, room boards, 2 choices of each space, as well as onsite furniture shopping. 20 hours are reserved for the week of for furniture install.

This package includes the following :50 Junior Design Hours to be used for the interior scope of work. Full scope design planning, room boards, 2 choices of each space, as well as onsite furniture shopping. 20 hours are reserved for the week of for furniture install.

Exterior Design Services Pool, Patio and Additions

Pool Build and Remodel

Includes an initial concept meeting, full design scope and detail, renderings, and finish selection. Client must provide new digital survey.

Includes an initial concept meeting, full design scope detail, renderings, and full furniture plan and install.

Landscaping Design

Includes an initial concept meeting, full design scope detail, and landscaping architectural plan written with plant list. Client must provide a survey.
